Loved it! One of the few that weren't altered, you can just see and appreciate where it sits at now. Endless maze of stairs that can keep you busy for about an hour if not too crowded!

Craigmillar Castle is one of Edinburgh's little hidden gems. Without sections converted into gift shops and cafes, Craigmillar has a more authentic feel as a preserved piece of history.

Amazing Castle in the countryside. Great landscape on the sea side, a pity for the opposite side which has an industrial estate. Tickets are around 5£ but it definitely deserves a visit.

What a beautiful, quiet, non-crowded castle (much better than Edinburgh Castle, in my opinion). Truly explore and discover all the nooks.

A super place to bring children who can easily explore. We'll worth going to the roof for the 360 view!
